Ours is still nice (one owner, 104,000 miles) but has not been trouble free. I think Subaru's weakest point is the design (not reliability) of their fanciest electronic gadgets. You are going to want to change the plugs as few times as possible. Be sure to put some dielectric grease on both ends of the spark plug cables.
