IMO Cathedral Weathers is the best weather mod for SSE. I use Silent Horizons as for me it's the best looking for CW. Rudy doesn't have a CW version. There are some decent reshades out there, but I still prefer ENB. Another decent option for CW is Lucid ENB, which outperforms Silent Horizons as far as fps is concerned.I'd say this is for people who want a colder, darker experience than you get with Rudy's Cathedral enb for VR. It also has way more active weathers.
