I have obtained the enigma on all 3 characters as the initial part of the campaign (from the shaping the enigma quest), however, I have only been able to get the REshaping the enigma quest on my first character. I finished the entire campaign on another character and never got the reshaping quest. Greetings! In order to progress this quest step, you'll have to apply a new frame (white square on the left) as well as apply a new enhanced perk/trait (marked with a gold yellow arrow) and reshape The Enigma afterwards, all while it is unequipped.
