I have one doorbell camera. However, my wife and I both want to use the app on our phones to view the camera and respond to visitors. Is this possible? There's a couple of things to check, based on what you've mentioned: First, make sure that the Video Doorbell is showing the blinking white light, indicating that it's ready to scan. If it's showing a constant white, or a yellow, it's not yet ready.
