Zelda OoT and MM run great. Mario Land 3D, Zelda A link between worlds, and Metroid Samus Returns are great and run quite well. There will be stutters due to shader caching though. A personal favorite RPG of mine is Radiant Hostoria Perfect Chronology, which runs perfectly even upscaled.
