Annalise is a serial offender when it comes to lying however she usually has a reason to hide the truth. When she brutally and painfully gaslighted Wes about Rebecca, it was because she feared he'd rat out (or worse) Bonnie and hate her (AK) if she told him what had truly happened to his girlfriend.
